Services We Provide: 

We offer hand crafted bracelet making kits. Each kit comes bracelet making string, enough colored beads to make two bracelets, and our signature anchor, 'A', and 'C' beads signifying that the bracelet belongs to the Anchored & Connected community. This kit allows the customer to create two bracelets— one to keep and one to send to us, which we then deliver to a child in need of friendship. 

We may change or withdraw parts of our services at any time without prior notice. This may include the structure of our bracelet donation program, products, prices, and shopping availability, locations, or services. 

We also reserve the right to cancel any order, or suspend accses to our services for any reason, including misuse of this site or these Terms. 

Financial Transactions: 

· All purchases must be made in full at the time of purchase. 

· We accept purchases only made by either cash or secure third-party payment processers such as Venmo at this time. 

· No purchases are available online at this time.

· Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. 

· We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction for reasons including fraud prevention, insufficient stock, or pricing errors.

Customer Expectations and Liability Disclaimer: 

We strive to offer accurate and up-to-date information. However:

· We do not guarantee that all content on the site is error-free or complete.

· Website access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance or technical issues.

· Bracelets submitted may not always be matched with a recipient right away or acknowledged individually.

· Submitted bracelets become the property of Anchored & Connected and will not be returned.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services.
